Once baby arrives, much of the attention shifts to the new bundle of joy in everyone’s lives. This is all good and well, but mom is also being birthed into a new version of herself with little guidance into how to best navigate this stage moving forward. This course is designed to empower and support moms to intentionally thrive in the fourth trimester and beyond. By equipping moms with the knowledge and resources to best serve their own needs during this time, they are better able to show up for their baby and family as well as optimize their own health as they raise and care for their families, pursue career and personal aspirations, and maintain relationships with those they love. Moms, we are here for you and want to see you thrive.

The course includes over 2.5 hours of focused instruction broken down into 6 modules, and is created by a perinatal chiropractor with over a decade of empowering and caring for fellow moms.
